Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0-1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer a flat-rate shipping structure. Once your order is processed, please allow for shipping time.

• Estimated Delivery Time: You can typically expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days after it has been shipped.

This means your total estimated time to receive your order is between 3 and 8 business days from the date of purchase.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@veridiahome.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
